Enala Msukwa joined YONECO in 2015 as a volunteer under ICS Progressio programme before being employed as a Field Officer in 2016. Enala started her career as a Field Officer in the Tithandizane Helpline Services section and she was later transferred to Mulanje district.
In her capacity as a Field Officer; Enala is responsible for supporting case management, data collection, supervising volunteers, community mobilization, facilitating community activities and youth club sessions, as well as compiling activity reports.
Enala holds an Advanced Diploma in Community Development which she obtained from Mzuzu Technical College.
Enala is passionate about promoting girl-child education and she works tirelessly to ensure that adolescent girls are free from various Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) challenges which may prevent them from achieving their dreams.
