Jacob Phiri joined YONECO as a volunteer and was later promoted to the potion of Project Officer before attaining his current position as a District Manager for Balaka Office. In his capacity as a District Manager, Jacob is responsible for coordinating and networking with district stakeholders and community members. Furthermore, Blessings is also involved in planning as well as implementation of various programmatic activities at district level.
Jacob is a holder of a Diploma in Human Resources Management (ABMA). Jacob was also trained as an advocate for climate change adaptation by Global Footprints.
Jacob has a passion for Youth development; he works tirelessly to ensure that the youth are developing socially and economically.
