Dunreck Pande
Dunreck Pande joined Youth Net and Counselling (YONECO) in August 2006 and rose to Project Officer and then to the current position of District Manager for Nkhata Bay district. Previously Dunreck worked as a Teacher and Debt Collector for First Collect (pvt) Ltd between 2003 and 2006. In this capacity, he takes a leading role in the implementation of organizational activities and projects in the district through supervising his project officers and field officers.
He holds a Diploma in Community Development (ABA), Qualified in Legal Skills as a Paralegal, and in Selling & Sales Management and Accounting (LCCI) certificate, also attained Global Health Certificates in Health Communication for Managers, US Abortion and FP Requirements, Community – Based Family Planning certificates by January 2018, Malawi School Certificate of Education and a as well as a Primary school Teaching Certificate (Montfort College). Dunreck has also attended a number of capacity building trainings including Governance Accountability Training Course (MS- TCD Co-operation) in Arusha, Tanzania, Civic Education and Voter Information Modules (BRIDGE). As a District Manager has served as UMOZA SCO Network Vice Chairperson, Chairperson for District Education Network since 2014, Chairperson for Youth Technical Sub-Committee for the past five years to-date.
Dunreck is very passionate in making accountability processes a reality as he engages the community to realize their hidden potentials
