YONECO and the Primary Education Advisor (PEA) for Kaseye Zone, equipped learners at Naching’amba Primary School in Chitipa with essential skills to make the most of their tablet-enabled learning sessions under Building Education Foundations through Innovation and Technology (BEFIT) programme.
The session, attended by 233 learners (111 boys and 122 girls), focused on helping the learners understand how to effectively use the tablets to enhance their learning experiences.
During the session, facilitators demonstrated how to operate the tablets and provided guidance on their proper care and use. In addition, the learners were encouraged to take responsibility for the programme’s success by promptly reporting any incidents of theft or misuse of the gadgets.
The Primary Education Advisor (PEA) for Kaseye Zone commended the learners for their eagerness to embrace technology as a tool for enhancing their numeracy and literacy skills.
