Today, we joined partners, community members, and various stakeholders in Mangochi and Blantyre for the launch of this year’s 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Campaign. In Blantyre, the launch event took place at Chikuli Ground in the area of Traditional Authority (T/A) Kunthembwe, while in Mangochi, the function was held at St Augustine 3 Primary School Ground.
Remember, you can report GBV to your nearest Victim Support Units (VSU) at police stations and police posts, community policing forums, social welfare offices, and human rights organizations among others. You can also report GBV via our 24-hour toll-free helplines: 116 or 5600.
A GBV-free society is possible!
