A holder of an advanced diploma in Rural and Community Development and Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE). Joined YONECO on 01 August 2016 as a Field Officer at Tithandizane Helpline. In 2018 was promoted as a Shift Supervisor. My role is online counselling, face to face counselling, case documentation, case follow-ups ,superving call centers, giving handovers to the next supervisor and compiling and submitting shift update. Before I joined YONECO worked as a Community Facilitator at Mponela Aids Information and Counselling Centre (MAICC)
