Rose Wawanya is currently the Human Resources Manager of Puma Energy (Malawi) Limited responsible for delivering effecting people management strategies. Rose has extensive knowledge and experience in performance management, talent management, employee resourcing, staff motivation, reward and benefits management, learning and development, employee relations and organisational change management. In additional to Human Resource Management, Rose has also vast experience in Employee Wellness Programs (EAP) in such areas as workplace HIV/AIDS Management, management of effects of Organisational Change, general employee wellness and she is a trained Wellness Counsellor. Rose holds a Masters Degree in Business Management from Management College of Southern Africa, Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from University of Malawi and Diploma in Management, and Certificate in Training Management from Royal Institute of Public Administration. Rose has also participated in various short term programmes and seminars, such as Training of Trainers, HR Operational Excellence, Leadership through Collective Learning, Coaching and Mentoring, and Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills.
