Andrew Kachali – Acting Finance Manager
Andrew Kachali joined YONECO in May 2016 as finance officer. In his capacity, He is responsible for monitoring expenditure, preparation donor report and supervision of finance assistant
He is accredited holder of Degree (Hons) in Accounting and finance from University of East London and currently studying towards Professional level offered by Institute of Charted Accountants of Malawi (ICAM).
Andrew brings vast knowledge and experience in to YONECO.
Susan Phiri – Finance Assistant
Susan Phiri holds a Diploma in financial accounting under The Public Accountants Examination Council of Malawi (PAEC), currently working as Finance Assistant of Youth Net and Counselling (YONECO). She has been a Senior Accounts Assistant at Likuni Mission Hospital for five years, also worked as a church Accountant of Likuni Gracious Centre Assemblies of God church in 2010. Susan obtained a certificate on how to prevent corruption in 2011, and attended a training of customer care in 2012. She attended a one day training on how to help children to acquire fast medical care when there are a lot of people at the hospital since children cannot explain if they are critically ill, this helped to save the lives of many children than before, in 2015. She attended a training under UNICEF, this involved partnership C-operation Agreement sessions (PCA), HACT overview (Macro & Micro Assessment, preparing FACE FORMS. Susan attended a training on how to manage NAC grants (2017).Susan also manages funds for UNICEF project, WFP project, NAC project, UNFPA, Segal and comic relief projects.
