Charles Mbeba is a Project Officer who joined YONECO in 2013 as a Helpline Field Officer before being promoted to his current position in 2015. As project officer, Charles is responsible for facilitating and implementing youth and women empowerment activities, Providing Psycho-social support/ counselling to survivors of various forms of abuses, providing technical legal support. Further to this, Charles is also responsible for conducting monitoring and evaluation of programmatic activities with communities, data collection, compiling case studies and success stories as well as supporting the process of compiling monthly, quarterly and annual district reports.
Charles holds a Diploma in Computer Sciences which he obtained from the Chancellor collage (ABMA). Further to this, Charles is a holder of a certificate in Legal systems for Paralegals which he obtained from Staff Development Institute (SDI).
Charles is an enthusiastic advocate of Meaningful Youth Empowerment (MYP).
