Young people are a resource that is needed to deal with various challenges that are affecting the world today. Young people are the most critical partners in development. Young people also need to know and take up their roles in climate action.
It is against this backdrop that YONECO is working with a group of young people from Zomba district who are currently in the process of establishing a tree nursery. The group is being technically supported by #YONECO in a bid to enhance young people’s agency towards addressing issues of climate change and environmental degradation.
