YONECO in collaboration with the Department of Social welfare office conducted a Cholera awareness campaign in the area of Senior Traditional Authority (STA) Chanthunya in Balaka district.
The campaign was aimed at equipping community members with knowledge on how to prevent Cholera disease.
The activity was conducted in response to a call by community leaders who are concerned with the prevalence of the disease in the area.
During the campaign, community members were engaged in various spaces including health facilities, business premises and communal grounds.
