Safer Internet Day is a global commemoration event that falls on 11 February every year. The Day provides an opportunity to raise awareness of online safety amongst children and young people. The Safer Internet Day aims to highlight common themes experienced by young people online. This year, the Day is being commemorated under theme Digital Citizenship: Raising a Cyber SMART Generation.
