Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYWs) have learnt various vocational skills under the Siyakha Model which YONECO is implementing under Ana Patsogolo Activity (APA) project.

YONECO is implementing the project in Zomba and Blantyre with funding from USAID through Bantwana. The goal of the project is to prevent new HIV infections and reduce vulnerability among orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), as well as adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) in the targeted areas.
Among other things, the project has a number of interventions that contribute towards ensuring that at risk children and adolescents are tested for HIV, facilitate linkage to care and treatment through case management, and deliver evidence-based HIV and GBV prevention programming.
APA also poses on social asset building, Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention, economic strengthening, and employment opportunities for adolescent girls and young women.
