Our district office in Rumphi has received a generous donation of a computer, printer and toner from Dr. Juliet Nyasulu. Dr. Nyasulu is a lecturer at Stellenbosch University in South Africa and her donation will significantly contribute towards increased computer literacy among young people in the area.

Four young people will be selected by members of their youth clubs to undergo a comprehensive computer training course, which will be facilitated by Youth Hub. The trained youth representatives will then be tasked with the responsibility of creating a ripple effect of computer literacy in their respective areas.

In addition to this, Dr. Nyasulu, in collaboration with Stellenbosch University, has also supported the training of peer educators from Thofu area in Mzimba district. The young cadres were drilled in the delivery of life skills, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), as well as HIV/AIDS and positive living sessions among their peers in the targeted area.
